Our PCB focuses on evaluation, testing, certification and inspection services to enable safe and quick product introduction to the market. We act as a trusted source of data on chemical safety, materials and components, which is used to drive supply chain transparency, market access and risk management. Our clients trust us to perform tests for individual materials and components in order to addresses safety concerns, such as materials’ contribution to fire and electric shock, or materials’ performance under varying temperatures, weather conditions and chemical exposures. As our global footprint continues to spread across the world, we are looking for a Program/Project Manage with a focus on maintaining & supporting testing services to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan.




What you’ll learn & achieve:

< Responsibilities and Essential Functions >

  • Leading PCB Reliability laboratory operation including IST, CAF , TCT and Microsection analysis
    • Set testing procedure to be compatible with customers’ Requirement and Industrial Standard
    • Present PCB Reliability service items to customers and collect market price information for 3rd party laboratory
    • Estimate service expense based on customized testing criteria.
    • As a program manager to develop PCB relating qualification and reliability testing including failure analysis service.


< Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities >

  • Proficiency in PCB/PCBA Supplier Chain Management and PCB customers’ application
    • Well knowledge of fabrication and quality requirement in PCB/PCBA.
    • Advanced analytical and communications skills.
    • Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
    • Proficiency with Laboratory operation and testing trend for electronics reliability


What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master is preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in the PCB Manufacturing or System Solution industry including Server or Automotive.
  • Direct experience in managing PCBA/PCB quality and qualification program.
  • Direct experience in supply chain function is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
