Within our Appliances, HVAC and Lighting (AHL) division, our vision is to enable safe and high performing products to enter the global markets by providing industry leading safety, performance and expert services to our clients. AHL has over 1,000 employees globally and serves manufacturers and retailers in eleven segments - Major Domestic Appliances, Food Service Equipment, Power Tools, Controls, HVAC, Lighting, Water Quality products, and more! As our global footprint continues to spread across the world, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand.


In this role you will be responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory. You  will sell UL products, systems,, and/or services to customers in an assigned territory, industry, or accounts.


What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Identify and engage stakeholders in the Appliances and HVAC Industry
  • Identify prospects through various lead generated activities, including tradeshow, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling on key industry players and referral program
  • Generate sales for company services in Thailand 
  • Acquire new customers, cross sell across Business Units to existing customers, and save customers at risk
  • Interface with prospects to understand their decision making process and criteria, and their needs
  • Make value propositions, handle objections, prepare quotes, and close sales by getting prospects’ commitments
  • Prepare and submit sales report, which includes tracking of order amount, demand forecasting and market intelligence
  • Meet revenue targets and work closely with Operations and Industry leaders to achieve Corporate Revenue goals

What makes you a great fit:

  • University degree in related field; or  Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Engineering or related field 
  • Bi-lingual w/ English written and verbal communication skills is required, proficiency in a secondary language preferred;
  • At least 5 years working experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Proven sales track record; service-oriented with pleasant personality; strong presentation & communication skills
  • Knowledge and experiences with TIC business, Appliance/HVAC Industry preferred
  • Have good relationship with provincial manufacturer will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai is a plus 
  • Individuals with a highly positive mindset, mature and creative thinking and willingness to travel
