    Responsibilities

    1. Supervise sub-ordinates to follow and implement the company direction.
    2. On-site monitoring to maintain the inspection service
    3. Conduct inspection report review
    4. Develop training plan to his/her team to deal with coming businesses
    5. Conduct training and assessment to his/her team
    6. Conduct regular meeting with sub-ordinates to review and update the inspection operation issues
    7. Monitor the utilization
    8. Join client meeting for Operation / Technical issues
    9. Conduct investigation for complaint cases
    10. Develop monthly report to his/her supervisor

    Qualifications

    1. College degree or above in softlines field.
    2. At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year people management experience
    3. Fluent English ability in reading and writing.
    4. Fluent Oral English.
    5. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
    6. Strong training and problem solving skill.
