    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for: 


    • Leading Commercial aspects of industry on regional basis by collaborating with Sales and Operations
    • Pursues growth opportunities (organic & inorganic) for the industry in the region and manages a healthy new offering development pipeline aligned with global industry strategy, in collaboration with Sales and Operations
    • Develops strategy for the industry in the region based on Market research and competitive intelligence
    • Leads Marketing strategy in the region aligned with global industry marketing strategy
    • Leads Pricing strategy in the region aligned with global industry strategy
    • Develops, manages and grows a full portfolio of services with profitable business growth and customer satisfaction as the goal for the industry in the region
    • May provide work direction to other employees through ability to influence
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor degree) in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related disciplines plus generally five years of experience in highest value corporate account management or eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience.


    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer accounts.
    • Ability to sell at the highest level with a compelling value-add strategy approach.
    • Detailed understanding of the applicable industry product lines and target markets.
