We are looking for a Social compliance CAPA / Remediation Service Specialist be based in District 7, in HCMC, Vietnam.


    • Conduct desktop-based remediation process (Online and Offline CAPA review, re-grades, and documentation review) and deliver high and consistent quality of result within required timeframe;
    • Conduct analysis of internal factory systems and how they relate to the overall effectiveness of the system;
    • Ability to identify steps required to implement internal changes and create a plan to complete each task;
    • Support the development and implementation of tools and training at the factory level;
    • Work closely with Program Manager and Team Leader in specific project based work in CBCI and Operations;
    • Support Program Manager in development of training content related to CBCI services and assist in delivery of trainings in local language and English;
    • Coordinates and assist with logistics and tracks works;
    • Provide on-the-ground research support relating to assigned geographic region;
    • Participate in team development.


    • University degree in related field;
    • Bi-lingual w/ English for all international hires;
    • Exposure in CSR-related field or social compliance auditing is minimum requirement;
    • Written and verbal communication skills in English required, proficiency in a secondary language preferred;
    • Strong skills in internet research and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards and human rights issues is required;
    • Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
    • Ability in analyzing and problem solving skills;
    • Ability in inter-personal communication skills with factory management.
