    Currently we are expanding Appliances, HVAC and Lighting Team in Basingstoke looking for a Product Certification Engineer (f/m/d)

     

    Role:

    After the induction period, You will be responsible for the following varied tasks in a project-related teams:

    • Planning of the entire project process, approval and execution of product tests in close cooperation with our worldwide customers
    • Verification of the conformity of products and components to standards (ex. IEC 60335)
    • Definition of the approval concept in connection with new technologies
    • Close cooperation with our laboratories and sales team
    • In individual cases, independent performance of tests in internal and external laboratories
    • Preparation of final reports prioritized in English language
    • Perform other duties as directed

     

    Your profile:

     

    • Degree in electrical engineering or similar
    • At least 2 years professional experience - ideally in the testing and certification business, in development and/or in project management.
    • Structured, self-reliant way of working, pronounced analytical ability and flexibility
    • Good communication skills and customer orientation, curiosity for new technologies
    • Very good knowledge English
    • Willingness to travel within Europe
