At UL Identity Management & Security (IMS) we aim to make the cyber world more secure. We work with our customers to test, validate/verify, certify, and advise on their functional security and nonfunctional cybersecurity of their products, systems, and ecosystems. We make sure the security functions of products and systems work as they should, and we help customers test their connected technologies for hackability. As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Manager with a focus on the Technology Solution Industry (e.g. Payments, Financial Services, Software) to join our team within the IMS division.


The Sales Manager, EMEA is responsible for managing and advancing IMS regional sales team performance across Europe, Middle East and Africa, successfully executing regional strategies for winning profitable growth across new and existing customer portfolios, sales channels and prioritized industries, including Fintech, Mobility, Automotive.



What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • You will be responsible for achieving targeted sales and revenue performance across customer portfolio and new sales, developing/executing effective plans in alignment with global strategies.
  • Lead, coach and develop sales team talent, consultative skill-sets, achieve quota and proactively manage territory to grow appropriate pipeline mix of prospects at various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of markets, company products, services and solutions and tasked with introducing new products.
  • You are going to represent UL in client discussions with senior executives, while creating formal networks with key internal and external stakeholders, customers and partners.
  • Identify new targets, prioritize opportunities across segments, markets and new industries, driving go-to-market strategies, aligning sales and marketing plans, value-based selling practices.
  • You will manage sales metrics, financial indicators, CRM to continuously and accurately forecast sales, revenue and risk.
  • Foster an engage a high performance, fast pace team culture.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • Experience working in technology led solution environments, preferably with knowledge of Fintech, Payments, Banking industries and/or related ecosystems (i.e. Digital, IoT, Cybersecurity).
  • Minimum 8 years business, sales and management experience, leading, developing and coaching geographically dispersed B2B sales teams and performance.
  • Proven sales leader with experience driving multinational sales and/or business development performance across complex solutions sales
  • Strong financial acumen, experience managing budget, financial, risk management, reporting and forecasting.
  • Strong communicator, influencer and collaborator with executive presence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with sales CRM
