  • Overview

    To take responsibility for UL’s Identity Management & Security (IMS) business in the LAC-region. The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for new account development and expanding, as well as maintaining existing accounts. This position will focus on new-business generation, building relationships and driving revenue.


    The location is Sao Paulo, Brazil, however, the job requires regular travel across the South America region to visit customers and to explorer or open new markets.



    • Identifying and pursuing prospects at key Payment industry players (issuers, acquirers, transport companies, payment schemes, e-commerce, PSPs, …) through lead generation activities, including personal network, tradeshows, direct mailings, advertising, cold-calling, and referral programs
    • Meeting with prospects to identify decision makers, understand their decision criteria, and their needs
    • Strengthen the relationship with existing customers growing the market share and developing new business
    • Developing and delivering sales presentations to potential new clients
    • Providing value propositions, handling objections, preparing quotes, and closing sales with prospects
    • Develop plans to fill the pipeline and CRM accuracy
    • Open new markets beyond Brazil.


    • University Degree/ Bachelor’s degree and several years of directly related Sales-experience
    • Experience in consultative-selling across multiple solutions and service lines
    • Proven sales track-record
    • A good technical understanding of Payment market and Security (Mobility experience is an advantage)
    • The ability to gain cooperation with others, conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior-level management and customers
    • Advanced language skills in English and Spanish.
