REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER LIGHTING - JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional General Manager for Lighting leads, plans and directs the regional operational, sales and business development activities for UL’s Lighting business for the region. The Regional Lighting GM is responsible for achieving revenue and profit commitments, and develops and drives how to accomplish strategic and operational goals. Develops, recommends and implements profitable growth strategies for all product lines in the Lighting industry, with strong collaboration with the Global Industry Leadership for Lighting. Responsible for preparation and finalization of regional Lighting budgets, financial commitments and forecasts. Provide leadership and guidance to all Lighting employees in the region to ensure a high level of customer and employee satisfaction and engagement, and empower profitable business performance. Represents UL Lighting as the senior regional leader with clients, external stakeholders, and cross-UL colleagues. Works across the Division and region to ensure profitable growth.
