    Are you interested in the world of Payments and Mobility and want to explore your possible next challenge within a fast-paced and dynamic environment? UL’s Identity Management & Security is looking for a Principal Security Advisor to lead our engagements in the ME region.

     

    We are quickly expanding our business in the Middle East and are therefore looking for a seasoned security professional who will drive this development. As you will be the first senior security expert in this office, your knowledge should be broad enough to cover a whole range of different topics. This will be a chance to make your mark within our organization and grow your career.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide cyber security advisory services to customers
    • Lead cyber security engagements in the region
    • Support customers with threat modelling and risk assessment
    • Provide PCI DSS and PCI PIN assessment/advisory services to customers (e.g. terminal vendors, payment gateways, merchants, acquirers and issuers)
    • Speak at conferences and workshops about PCI programs and cyber security
    • Work closely with the sales team to grow PCI DSS, PCI PIN, PCI P2PE and cyber security business in ME
    • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships

    Qualifications

    • University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a technically related discipline
    • At least 5 years’ experience within information security
    • Experience in ISO27001 and PCI PIN (highly desirable)
    • Have an in-depth understanding of IT infrastructure
    • Experience in cloud security (highly desirable)
    • You understand where information security intersects with business risk
    • Certified as CISA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor (highly desirable)
    • Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written
    • Good presentation skills, proven experience in customer facing advisory services, technical expertise
    • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Ability to train and manage a local delivery team
