    Responsibilities

    Under general supervision, the Sales Enablement role is responsible for processing orders for products or services from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contacts and other information. Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and ensures prices are accurate. Responds to customer inquiries for the purpose of taking orders.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for processing orders into the ERP after quote acceptance and meeting financial commitments.
    • Ensures that all legal and financial information is collected from the customer before forwarding to service fulfillment.
    • May coordinate with departments regarding order status, prices, product or service availability, and inactive orders.
    • Interacts with customers by responding to order inquiries.
    • Performs other duties as directed.

    This role will be focused on Sales Enablement activities reporting to a Sales Operations Manager that is based in US, therefore we are looking for an independent person who will be able to handle the day to day responsibilities. The role will be responsible for booking quotes, orders, and service contract renewals in Oracle as well as supporting the Sales Executives in tasks related to ensuring that transactions move to the P&L / Delivery teams for fulfillment (e.g. Vendor Set Up, Hold management, etc.).
