    Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll create targeted campaigns to grow the overall awareness of UL to drive applications from qualified candidates. You’ll target talent pools aligned with our specific talent needs and drive the creation of content leveraging UL’s employer brand that authentically showcases the special place that is UL.

    Responsibilities

    In this role you will:
    This hybrid role will be key in defining and implementing the employer-branding strategy regionally as well as getting involved in full life-cycle recruiting for UL vacancies across multiple business functions within Germany and also regionally. The incumbent will partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and the business to provide strategy and support for talent attraction solutions to increase the number of applications from qualified candidates.

    In this role you will:

    • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and the business to provide strategy and support for talent attraction solutions to increase the number of applications from qualified candidates. This includes: employment branding, social media, external recruitment events, hosting events, the employee referral program, intern and campus programs, etc.
    • Research specific, high-priority external talent pools and pilot initiatives to tap into those communities utilizing social media and other cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools
    • Evangelize the employer value proposition and promote UL as a great place to work by highlighting its culture and work environment in an authentic way
    • Identify the things that are unique and differentiate UL from other companies. Develop marketable content that showcases these through story-telling
    • Enable recruiters with content and easy instruction on how to best utilize
    • Build employee advocacy turning our employees into talent acquisition ambassadors
    • Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates (Passive and Active)
    • Screen and interview selected qualified candidates using behavioral interviewing methodologies.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    You are a great candidate for this role if you have:

    • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Social Media or another combination of recruiting and marketing
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write compelling copy and narratives for a diverse set of audiencesYou are an exceptional candidate for this role if you have:

    •  A good understanding of strategic marketing analytics - what to measure, what it means, etc.
    • A passion for workplace culture, employee engagement and making work a better place
    • A history of successfully balancing long-term projects with short-term tactical needs
    • Proven track record of building effective and engaging marketing content
    • Understanding of how to track and evaluate metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns in order to determine ROI
    • Experience in employer branding
