    Responsibilities

    • Leads with vision and purpose by creating and communicating a compelling vision of the organization’s future, motivating others to pursue the vision, inspiring confidence and demonstrating excellent public and personal communication skills.
    • Drives for results, execution, and implementation, and achieves high levels of performance by using exceptional personal and project management skills to get buyin on things done in a non-bureaucratic manner.
    • Demonstrates resilience and effectiveness with ambiguity by maintaining a high level of productivity in difficult and changing circumstances and making sound decisions without sometimes having the whole picture.
    • Works with developers to implement new Customer Service (CS) technology changes.
    • Assists with side by sides for Customer Service staff & routine quality checks.
    • Delivers needed communications / training to staff in support of changes.
    • Updates documentation as needed to support changes.
    • Represents Customer Service on Global Corporate Initiatives.
    • Follows Customer Service Process and Technology (CSPT) Process.
    • Performs other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) plus generally three years’ experience in customer service technology within an operational environment;
    • Demonstrates strategic orientation, problem solving and critical thinking;
    • Makes sound decisions in a timely manner and takes accountability for those decisions.
