- Ensures client account satisfaction, account growth, and recommends expansion of services provided. Sustains customer loyalty for a group of key customers;
- Manages relationships with various management levels, divisions, and functional departments of assigned managed accounts;
Provides value propositions, handles objections, prepares quotes, and closes sales by getting prospects' commitments;
Ensures that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements;
Reviews and maintains information, including business plan, from managed accounts to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process and criteria, business opportunities and threats;
Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues;
Solves complex customer issues that have been escalated. Directs customer issues to appropriate business support when necessary. Ensures that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner;
Coaches and mentors junior sales staff on effective account management skills and sales processes;
Supports junior staff in the identification and evaluation of important customer information;
Performs other duties as directed.
