  • Responsibilities

    Under direct supervision, the I&I Customer Support Specialist creates, maintains, and updates suppliers and users for materials search. Performs analytical assessments on users and suppliers and performs quality verifications. Provides support via web, workflow queue, and interpersonal communication.

     

    • Processes daily submissions and requests for user access and analyzes each user against provided key criteria and rules.
    • Responsible for making timely changes to existing customer accounts.
    • Performs other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

    University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in a related discipline. Customer focused with a professional presentation in both written and oral communication. Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
