Under direct supervision, the I&I Customer Support Specialist creates, maintains, and updates suppliers and users for materials search. Performs analytical assessments on users and suppliers and performs quality verifications. Provides support via web, workflow queue, and interpersonal communication.
University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in a related discipline. Customer focused with a professional presentation in both written and oral communication. Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
