    We are looking for a new Inbound sales colleague to support the Nordic countries and Benelux. The position is based in our Danish office in Ballerup and will report directly to our Nordic Sales Manager, who is based in Stockholm.


    You will be part of a larger international organization with colleagues and customers in many different countries and you will be in daily contact with colleagues and customers abroad.


    You will be supporting the Consumer Technology Division (CTECH) of UL. The Consumer Technology division helps advance safety and innovation while supporting swift and successful product launches. The main type of customers will be Consumer Technology Manufacturers.


    You will sell UL services via telephone or electronic enquiries to customers. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. Acts as part of a sales team, and supports professional sales staff.  In some cases you may act as a sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products but in most cases you will partner with Outside Sales to assist in meeting their goals.



    • Develops and sends out quotations for specified categories of leads using standardized pricing tools, and booking orders.
    • Calls on prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process and criteria, and their needs.
    • Responsible for selling UL’s services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts while meeting financial commitments.
    • Facilitates service delivery resource allocation by entering sales contracts into databases.
    • Communicates with customers to assist in the completion of requests.



    • Higher Secondary Education and three years of related experience
    • Demonstrated ability to use various PC-based software packages for basic word processing, graphics, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Interest in technology products
    • International mindset and good cultural understanding.
    • Fluent in Danish and/or Swedish, and good working level in English
