  • Responsibilities

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    *1. Reviews inbound inquiries and routes them to the appropriate sales teams.

    *2. Develops and sends out quotations for specified categories of leads using

    standardized pricing tools, and booking orders.

    *3. Facilitates service delivery resource allocation by entering sales contracts into

    databases.

    *4. Performs follow-up of sent quotes and turns them into orders while meeting financial

    commitments.

    *5. Communicates with customers to assist in the completion of requests.

    *6. Coaches and mentors lower level staff on effective customer communication and sales

    processes.

    1. Performs other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

    Higher Secondary Education and three years of related experience.

    Familiar with laboratorys daily operation process and testing procedure.

    Demonstrated ability to use various PC-based software packages for moderately complex

    word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.

    Strong communication skills are required.

    Requires in-depth knowledge of sales processes (i.e. people, systems, and processes).

    Minimal business travel is required.
